What is ActivCare?

Home Healthcare is a multi-disciplinary approach with a wide range of health care services that can be given in the patient's home such as treatments for illness or injury. It is usually more convenient, less expensive, but as effective as getting the care from a hospital.

Our Admin nurses will be happy to assist you. For us to properly accommodate your request, we will be conducting a short assessment of your needs so we can recommend the right ActivCare service for you.

ActivCare's medical team consists of doctors with different specialties in:

Our network of doctors are also available for Telemedicine, which includes the following specialties in:

For now, ActivCare services are available within the Greater Manila Area only. Upon booking our home visit service, a transportation fee will be added on top of the service charge and will be collected upon visit.

What are your safety protocols?

All our employees are required to observe minimum public health standards, such as wearing of face masks and strict hand washing. We implement health monitoring procedures to prevent the spread of diseases in the workplace and in our patient’s homes.

All our employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with at least one booster.

All our nurses and caregivers undergo COVID-19 Rapid Antigen swab prior to their deployment.

For Teleconsultation, the service charge must be settled before the consultation via bank transfer and GCash payment. The booking party must provide proof of payment to our Admin Nurse to proceed with the consultation.

For home visits and nurse or caregiver deployment, the payment can be settled by bank transfer or collected upon arrival. A transportation fee will be included on top of the service charge depending on the patient's location, along with charges for medical supplies used during the visit.
